Brooke is a Law Society Accredited Specialist in Property Law with over 20 years’ experience acting across the full spectrum of property related matters.
Her experience includes advising on small to large scale residential, commercial and mixed use development projects from initial acquisition of a development site through all the stages of a development and off the plan sales through to completion, commercial and retail leasing, disputes and property agreements such as joint ventures, development management agreements and general conveyancing for all types of properties.
Brooke acts for small to medium sized enterprises, individual investors, property owners and property developers and medical and allied health practitioners.
