Career
Clive is primarily involved in maritime disputes.
He represents parties in both ‘dry shipping’ disputes (claims on bills of lading and charterparties, etc.) and ‘wet shipping’ disputes (ship collisions, claims concerning pollution at sea, tonnage limitation suits, etc).
