Career

Ms. Seanika Pulle (nee Perera), who has over 24 years of practice as an Attorney-at Law, is an expert in conveyancing and real estate. She was formerly Vice President of John Keells Holdings PLC, where she headed the Notarial and Conveyancing Division of the Group, prior to which, she was a Partner at M/s. D.L. & F. De Saram, Attorneys-at-Law and Notaries Public.

Ms. Pulle has vast experience in all aspects of conveyancing and has been extensively involved in large scale investments and infrastructure projects, which include: residential property development projects, integrated mixed development projects, leisure projects, agricultural property development projects and other large-scale land related projects. She has also provided services to several local and foreign banks, corporations, private companies and non-governmental organizations.

As Head of the Conveyancing and Real Estate Department, Ms. Pulle advises clients on a diverse range of transactions such as domestic transfers of land, houses and condominium/residential apartments and examines and drafts title reports, and all other forms of notarially executed documents, that include: deeds of gift, declarations, rectifications, agreements, leases, licenses, mortgages, caveats, and wills. She is also in charge of handling all land related matters in due diligence work undertaken by the Firm.

Ms. Seanika Pulle was admitted as an Attorney-at-Law of the Supreme Court of Sri Lanka in 1995, and possesses a Bachelor of Laws Degree (LL. B, Sri Lanka).
