Samir, has an extensive and experience of more than 12 years in varied areas of law. He primarily specialises in Energy, Regulatory & Policy Litigation and Dispute Resolution.

He has extensive experience of having strategized and prosecuted several high stake litigations of national importance on behalf of prominent players in energy, infrastructure, banking, real estate and media & entertainment sectors.

He has substantial experience of appearing and conducting cases before various courts, tribunals and quasi-judicial bodies pan India. He has undertaken litigations concerning wide range of subjects including Electricity, Arbitration, Intellectual Property, Contract, Real Estate, Securitization, Banking and Corporate Laws.

He has also steered, negotiated and closed various debt transactions worth hundreds of crores in power sector, on behalf of leading financial institutions and banks.
