She also advises Insurers and Reinsurers on subrogation related matters and on various other insurance relevant matters such as monitoring of underlying claims, advising on appropriate release/settlement wording.

Mandakini has been recognised by the Legal 500, Asia Pacific for the past 3 editions, as the “Next Generation Partner”.
