Mandakini joined Tuli & Co’s coverage and claims practice in 2009. She has 15+ years of experience and specialises in providing coverage and claims advice to Indian Insurers and Indian and overseas Reinsurers under a range of insurance policies including E&O, D&O, EPLI, Media, Clinical Trial, Public Liability, Product Liability, Project Liability, CGL, ALOP, EAR, CAR, Cyber, Life, Trade Credit, Crime, POSI, Venture Capital policies. She also advises Insurers and Reinsurers on subrogation related matters and on various other insurance relevant matters such as monitoring of underlying claims, advising on appropriate release/settlement wording.
Mandakini has been recognised by the Legal 500, Asia Pacific for the past 5 editions, as the “Next Generation Partner”.
