    Position

    Neil is a Partner in the Firm’s corporate team with over 25 years’ experience.  He has handled a range of corporate work including M&A and equity raising for a variety of clients from large corporates to SMEs.  Neil has substantial experience in the energy, transport and technology sectors.  He is also a member of the Firm’s restructuring team dealing with corporate insolvency and restructuring work.
