Career
Jeffrey specialises in all aspects of banking and finance including asset finance, project finance, mezzanine finance, seller credit finance, corporate finance, ECA finance (with a particular focus on K-sure, KOBC, Sinosure and GIEK) and limited recourse finance.
He has over a decade of private practice experience and has built a strong reputation in the Asia Pacific region where he has been based since 2012.
Jeffrey has significant experience of advising on restructurings (including schemes of arrangement) and distressed debt matters, chartering, operation and maintenance, joint ventures, framework agreements, joint development agreements (including LNG-to-gas projects), loan portfolio sales, sale and leasebacks and JOLCO structures.
