Ms. Yang Chao is a partner in the Beijing office of Haiwen & Parnters. Ms. Yang has nearly 20 years of experience in the area of dispute resolution (commercial arbitration and litigation), specializing in complex commercial contract disputes, including investment and financing, capital management, corporate, international trade, Sino-foreign joint ventures, etc. Ms. Yang has been ranked as a recommended lawyer by Chambers Global and Asia-Pacific in the area of Dispute Resolution for four consecutive years (2019-2022), and is one of the few lawyers to be featured in both the “Dispute Resolution (Arbitration)” and “Dispute Resolution (Litigation)” sections. Yang Chao is currently arbitrator of several arbitration institutions, including China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission, Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration, Hainan Court of International Arbitration and other institutions.
