Ms. Sun represented many state-owned enterprises, foreign-invested enterprises and private companies, and has successfully handled hundreds of arbitration, litigation, enforcement and bankruptcy cases, and also provides analysis solutions for client’s potential disputes, including equity investment, loan, commercial sales/service contract disputes, house sale/lease disputes, unfair competition disputes, product quality disputes, environment pollution disputes, banking related disputes, administrative disputes, labor disputes, enforcement cases, bankruptcy cases and etc.

Ms. Sun received her LL.B. degree and her Master of Laws from the China University of Political Science and Law, the University of International Business and Economics in 2005 and 2007 respectively.
