Mr. Du is a partner in the Beijing office.  Mr. Du’s practice focuses on capital markets, mergers and acquisitions and private equity.  Mr. Du has accumulated more than 15 years of experience in law firms.  Mr. Du joined Haiwen in 2010.  Prior to joining Haiwen, he worked at Commerce & Finance for about 2 years.
