Mr. Dai is a partner of Haiwen.  Mr. Dai has over 20 years of legal experiences, and has widely been regarded by the clients and industry as expert in his practicing areas.  Mr. Dai’s practice focuses on capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate matters.  Mr. Dai joined Haiwen in 2002.  Mr. Dai worked at Slaughter and May in its Hong Kong office and London office from 2007 to 2008.  Mr. Dai rejoined Haiwen in 2009.

Mr. DAI received his LL.B. degree and his Master of Laws degree from Peking University in 1999 and 2002, respectively, and his LL.M. degree from University of Pennsylvania Law School in 2007.
