Rona joined Major Family Law in January 2019 as a Family Law Consultant. She is qualified as a Chartered Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives, and has over twenty years’ experience in family and divorce law.
She worked at a Newcastle Legal 500 firm before joining a well-respected smaller regional firm in the Tyne Valley, successfully expanding their family department, whilst developing an interest and proficiency advising on divorces involving farming assets.
Rona has special expertise in advising on matrimonial finances, achieving positive resolution of divorces and separations including, pensions, businesses, trusts and inherited wealth both at court, through collaboration and roundtable meetings. She often receives referrals from former clients and professional colleagues including Barristers and District Judges.
