Jane is Head of Commercial Property in the Brentwood office and Tees Training Principal, responsible for the Tees Trainee programme. She is experienced in dealing in all aspects of commercial property work including acquisitions and disposals, leases, assets management, investment and property finance with her niche area being landlord and tenant. Her specialisms include acting on behalf of landlords and tenants, whether they be investment landlords, corporate tenants, private landlords or SME tenants. she also has extensive experience in acting for buyers and sellers of commercial property, whether freehold, leasehold, sole traders or investment owners.
