Mr. Navarro has been with V & A Law since 1990 and has been a Partner since 1997. In 2016, he was promoted as Managing Partner of the Firm.
Mr. Navarro heads the Labor Department specializes in litigation and dispute resolution, labor, corporate and commercial law. Mr. Navarro’s fields of practice include bank and securities law, election law, as well as civil commercial, bank securities fraud, criminal & tax litigation. He has broad experience in dealing with stockholders and/or intracorporate dispute bank and securities fraud, labor issues and cases including mediation proceedings and negotiations for collective bargaining agreements. Mr. Navarro earned his Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of the Philippines College of Law in 1989, graduating in the top ten of his class.
