Ricky is an experienced corporate lawyer and strategic advisor.
He specialises in mergers and acquisitions, with a main focus on advising many leading domestic and international private equity investment houses on buy-out, expansion capital and exit transactions as well as portfolio company bolt-ons, roll-ups and co-investments.
Ricky’s experience also includes acquisitions and disposals of infrastructure assets and he has worked with numerous Australian, UK and US groups on cross-border transactions, including acquisitions, restructures and divestments of non-core operations.
