David has extensive experience in a broad range of property and development transactions including acquisitions, disposals, title structuring, complex industrial, commercial and retail leases, water rights and infrastructure projects. David has a particular focus on “cradle to grave” mixed use developments and is at the forefront of the property industry’s transition to digital technologies. He is recognised by clients for his commercial driven approach and warm, personable nature, as well as his ability to provide direct and practical advice on even the most complex of issues.
