James Wu provided legal services for numerous foreign and domestic investors in their strategic and financial investment, financing, joint venture and M&A projects, covering a wide range of industries, including TMT, data service, pharmaceuticals and medical devices, retailing, high-end manufacturing, automotive parts, etc.

James Wu counseled a variety of clients, including PE/VC firms, start-up companies and Fortune 500 Company Groups. He has advised high-end investment institutions such as Shunwei Capital, CCIG, Yunfeng Fund, CDH, GGV and RC Capital for their onshore and offshore investment projects. He has also advised large group companies such as ThermoFisher, WuXi AppTec affiliates, Noble Group, Barilla Group and Bose Inc. for their commercial activities in China.
