Position

Being a partner with Global Law Office who is based in Shanghai, Steven Yu has long focused his practice on the areas of foreign direct investment (FDI), mergers and acquisitions (M&As), private equity/venture capital, fund formation, cross-border technology transfer and other general corporate Steven Yu had ten-year experience with leading international and domestic law firms and gained extensive experience in representing multinational corporations, state-owned enterprises and private companies on their inbound/outbound investments, M&As and restructuring transactions. The legal services rendered by him typically include, among others, structuring the transactions, conducting due diligence, drafting, reviewing and negotiating documents, issuing legal or advisory opinions as well as assisting with the closing matters and completion of government approval procedures.
