Yunjian Hou has extensive practical experience in handling complex disputes resolution cases. He has represented over a hundred famous transnational companies, financial institutions, state-owned and private enterprises，to deal with several hundred litigation and arbitration cases, the scope of which include major equity, contract, intellectual property, etc. Also, he has joined in a series of negotiations and bargains regarding important business and disputes on behalf of clients.
