The typical dispute cases Jiuguang Zhao has dealt with include: representing China Light Industrial Products Import and Export Group Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of China General Technology (Group) Holding Co., Ltd., in handling multiple contract disputes with the amount over billions RMB; representing CITIC Securities in handling disputes over a series of stock pledge repurchase contracts; representing HSBC in handling several financial loan disputes; representing a well-known private equity funds to handle disputes related to its investment projects; representing T.C.
