Sher Vin’s areas of practice encompass mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, venture capital, foreign investments and other areas of corporate and commercial law.

She has acted for private equity funds and listed and non-listed companies across a broad spectrum of industries in a variety of transactions, including domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, on both sell-side and buy-side mandates. She also acts for venture capital investors and companies in funding rounds.

Education

Sher Vin was admitted as a Barrister with Lincoln’s Inn in 2010, and an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2011. She joined the Firm in 2010 as a pupil and was seconded to Allen & Gledhill LLP, Singapore in 2014.
