Position
Kate is a Senior Associate Solicitor who specialises in representing seriously injured clients, both adults and children, who have suffered life changing injuries including brain and / or spinal cord injuries.
Kate is focused upon achieving the best possible outcome for her clients in addition to securing interim payments at an early stage to fund specialist rehabilitation, accommodation, support and care. She works alongside specialist neurorehabilitation professionals (such as case managers, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, neurorehabilitation consultants and speech and language therapists). This enables Kate to ensure that her clients’ chances of recovery and future independence are maximised.
Kate strives to provide individuals with straightforward legal advice and seeks to obtain compensation to meet their significant needs and provide them with financial security for their future.
Kate has held various trustee roles including with regional Headway and Citizens Advice Bureau charities. Kate is always looking for opportunities to give back to the community.
Career
Kate has acting on behalf of clients whom have sustained life-changing serious injuries since 2008 and is highly specialised in this area of law.
