Career
Maxime Pigeon is Co-Managing Partner of Osborne Clarke Paris office.
He heads the employment team in Paris, which deals with all French employment matters. He advises French and international clients on their labour issues, with particular emphasis on acquisitions, complex reorganizations, economic dismissals and collective bargaining issues.
He has developed a special interest in questions related to the use of new technologies within the workplace and has written several articles concerning the monitoring of employees’ emails, teleworking and the implementation of Internet Policies.
In addition, since 2008, he has been a member of the Legal Committee of the French Football League (LFP) and president of same since 2017, handling in particular the labour disputes between professional players and the clubs, as well as approval of contracts.

Maxime holds a Doctorate in Private Law on “Employment law and new technology” (University of Paris II – Panthéon Assas, 2002) and a Master degree in Employment Law (University of Paris II – Panthéon Assas, 1999).
He was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2002.
