Position
Daniel Ng is a litigation and dispute resolution lawyer based in Hong Kong. He focuses on commercial litigation, with a particular focus on advising and representing banks, financial institutions and corporates on contentious matters.
He has over 10 years of experience representing clients in commercial disputes, including contractual disputes, mis-selling cases, fraudulent and unauthorised trading claims, contentious probate disputes, corporate loan recovery, shareholders’ disputes, trust disputes, private equity disputes, large and complex contractual claims, cross-border mainland related disputes, breach of confidence and misappropriation of trade secrets claims, proceedings involving injunctive relief and interim measures, as well as advising on restructuring and insolvency issues. Daniel has also acted for clients on domestic and international arbitrations administered by HKIAC, SIAC and ICC, and has experience in arbitration related court proceedings.
Daniel’s experience also includes advising corporations and financial institutions on white collar and regulatory inquiries and investigations.
