Jennie joined Nockolds in 1999 and was made Partner in 2008; Jennie also heads the Injury and Accident Team, which handles personal injury and medical negligence claims for injured people.
Before joining the firm Jennie graduated from the University of Reading in 1998 with a degree in law, and then completed the Legal Practice Course at the College of Law in Guildford. She qualified as a solicitor in 2001 having completed her training at Nockolds.
Jennie specialises in handling serious personal injury and medical negligence claims. She is ideally placed to sensitively and sympathetically represent claimants and their families. Jennie is committed to ensuring that her team provide clear, impartial, honest advice to claimants on whether they are entitled to bring a claim and to then successfully pursue this on their behalf.
Jennie also heads the Optical Consumer Complaints Service, which is a service operated by Nockolds providing a mediation service for Opticians across the UK and their consumers. This combines Jennie’s experience in handling patient complaints and resolving disputes in a way that enables all involved to move forward. The service is funded by the General Optical Council.
