Her doctoral thesis, defended at the same university in 2007, is entitled “A Contribution to the Improvement of the Institute for Environmental Compensation Provided for in Law 9.985/2000”. In 1998, she defended a master’s dissertation on “The protection of fauna from a constitutional perspective”.
She authored the books “Licenciamento e Compensação Ambiental na Lei do Sistema Nacional das Unidades de Conservação (SNUC)” [Licensing and Environmental Compensation in the Law of the National System of Conservation Units (SNUC)] (ISBN 9788522456338) and “A proteção da fauna sob a ótica constitucional” [The protection of fauna from a constitutional perspective] (ISBN 8574534137).
