Career
With more than 15 years of experience and specialisation in the practice areas: bankruptcy, reconstruction and restructuring, agricultural law and real estate, including transactions involving investment properties and corporate and commercial, Anders has a solid legal knowledge base and an excellent understanding of commerce.
Since 2008, Anders has been a partner at Haugaard Braad, and in 2010 he was admitted to the Danish High Court. The following year, in 2011, he was appointed administrator at the bankruptcy court, with respect to bankruptcy and liquidation, and he continues to retain this office going on for 10 years now. In 2014, Anders became a Certified Insolvency Lawyer under the Association of Danish Insolvency Lawyers and continues to be certified, and in 2019, against this background and his work as administrator at the bankruptcy court, he was nominated to the lawyers’ panel of the Debt Collection Agency in Aalborg.
