Marie-Claire Headley is an attorney in the civil real estate practice. Marie-Claire assists and advises (international) real estate parties in the acquisition and sale of offices, recreational real estate, shopping and distribution centres. Marie-Claire also litigates in civil law matters. She also has experience in the field of supervision and enforcement and environmental and planning law.

Marie-Claire graduated from the University of Amsterdam. She obtained a Master’s degree in private-law practice, with a focus on real estate law, in 2016. She was admitted to the Bar in 2017.

Marie-Claire joined NewGround Law in 2020, having previously worked at Gaastra attorneys-at-law. She has also worked for the government and an international law firm during her study.
