Ehab Fedaa joined ADSERO – Ragy Soliman & Partners in 2021 as a Partner and Head of General Corporate practice. Ehab has over 25 years of experience, during which he mainly focused on general corporate practices including corporate structuring, corporate advisory and corporate secretarial services.
Ehab regularly advises a multitude of industries for multinational and national companies, working in the field of oil and gas, energy, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals and life sciences, real estate and hospitality, retail, insurance, education, technology, transportation, and FMCG.
Ehab has broad expertise in doing business in Egypt, including advising clients on the best legal framework and most suitable structure, to drive the life cycle of corporate governance. In addition, Ehab has participated in a number of notable merger and acquisitions deals.
