Position

Rebecca is a Partner in the Commercial Litigation team at Tyr. Rebecca has significant experience in complex, high value commercial litigation with particular expertise in financial and professional disputes, shareholder disputes and civil fraud. She has experience of litigating multi-jurisdictional cases before the English High Court and Court of Appeal and has been involved in several cases that have been reported and attracted press attention. Rebecca acts for a wide range of clients including high net worth individuals, PLCs, large multinational corporates, hedge funds and banks over a variety of industry sectors.

 

Career

Rebecca joined the Commercial Litigation team at Tyr in September 2020, having previously worked in London at RPC for 11 years. Rebecca was promoted to Partner in the team in September 2022.
