Laura is a Partner and Head of the Property Litigation team.
Laura’s client base includes property investors and developers, large institutional landlords, national retailers, corporate occupiers and owner managed businesses, many of which are household names. Laura is experienced in all aspects of property related disputes (both commercial and residential) and has particular expertise in portfolio management including unopposed and opposed lease renewals, vacant possession and exit strategies, dilapidations claims and all aspects of covenant enforcement.
Career
Laura joined Tyr as a Partner in November 2020. Prior to that Laura was a Partner at Schofield Sweeney where she worked for 9 years following qualification at a commercial firm in Leeds.

Laura is a member of the Property Litigation Association and sits on the Northern Committee.
