Claire is a Partner in the Employment law team and also the Corporate Immigration team.

She defends complex discrimination claims and managing high-level exits on behalf of corporate clients, many of whom are household names in the Technology and Leisure and Hospitality sectors.

Claire leads the firm’s gender pay gap reporting service and supports her clients in their employee diversity and inclusion strategies.

A contributing author to Bloomsbury Professional’s annual “Termination of Employment” publication, her articles also frequently appear in business magazines.
