Michał represents companies and their boards in negotiations, disputes (including corporate) and special projects.

He works comprehensively and strategically, taking into account legal and tax specifics, but most importantly, business specifics. He has experience providing legal advice to companies in sectors such as e-commerce and IT, as well as in the food and automotive industries.

Since 2013, he has been managing the capital markets team, which carries out projects including IPOs and SPOs, bond issues, negotiation of investment agreements with collateral packages, transaction advisory (on the Polish and international markets), company transformations and mergers, and restructuring projects in capital groups.

He also manages the ESG team, which deals with the comprehensive implementation of sustainability and non-financial reporting in companies. Projects in this area include, but are not limited to: training workshops, reporting readiness audits, dual materiality analyses or individual and consolidated reports.

He is a lecturer at Sustainability Leadership Academy 4, where he deals with the area of ESG implementation in the company from a legal perspective. He also trains management boards and supervisory boards in public companies.
