Career

Michał Bogacz specializes in the broadly understood commercial law and capital markets law.

For over 10 years, he has been advising capital companies listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, and large enterprises with Polish and foreign capital, building long-term relationships with Clients. His approach is comprehensive and strategic and he takes into account the specific legal and tax-related aspects but first and foremost the business ones of a given situation.

Based on his capital market practice, he heads a team advising public companies on issues of shares and bonds, transactions on and off the market, restructuring of capital groups, development of information policies, and stock exchange reporting.

He has carried out projects including floating companies on the stock exchange (IPO and SPO), bond issues, negotiations of investment agreements including security packages, transaction consultancy, company transformation and merger, restructuring projects. He has also conducted numerous audits of the performance of information duties by public companies, and training courses for management and supervisory boards of public companies. In advising clients, he draws on his extensive experience in tax law.

A graduate of the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics at the University of Wrocław and of the University of Economics (postgraduate studies in finance and accounting), Michał is a member of the Regional Chamber of Legal Advisers in Wrocław.
