Career

As a member of the IP/TMT/e-commerce team at OW, Bartosz specialises in legal advice related to data protection, new technologies, marketing, e-commerce activities, intellectual property as well as competition and consumer protection.

On a daily basis, Bartosz advises business entities such as e-commerce and TMT leaders, but also technology and game-dev start-ups. He enjoys supporting clients in their day-to-day operational and sales activities, and in the implementation of innovative solutions and technologies. He offers guidance on marketing, advertising and consumer law. He also coordinates and participates in GDPR implementation projects, including those dedicated to international capital groups.

He is the author of publications on personal data protection and new technologies. Bartosz’s publications have appeared in trade media as well as on videogameslaw.pl, a site dedicated to the gaming industry.
