Career

Ludmiła Łuczak specialises in issues relating to civil law, labour law and personal data protection.

She has extensive experience in labour law. She advises in issues related to the optimisation of employment structures and in ongoing support for HR departments. She also conducts court proceedings in the field of labour law.

She is responsible for projects related to personal data protection – including projects aimed at practical implementation of GDPR regulations at OW Clients.

She also conducts M&A projects involving the design and drafting of investment agreements and negotiating the terms and conditions of envisioned transactions. Among other things, she has participated in the project of divestment of one of the key players on the Polish market in the security, locks and fittings industry.

She provides day-to-day advice to medium and large enterprises, among others, in the automotive industry.
