Career
Filip Mroczkowski manages team advising both large international corporations and companies with Polish capital. He carries out complex projects concerning cross-border transactions that combine the legal systems of several countries. As a strategic advisor, he represents top European and Asian companies in their development in Poland, in particular in construction and development investments – from due diligence and feasilibity study of investment locations, through comprehensive support in the process of real estate acquisition and construction services, to control and settlement of investments. He has been working by both greenfield and brownfield investments. He leads expert teams: German Desk, Asian Desk and Spanish Desk specializing in services for clients from these regions and is responsible for the development of the international network and foreign investment & construction competence in Olesiński & Wspólnicy.
He has several years of experience in debt financing. He supports customers in obtaining investment loans, VAT loans and refinancing loans, loan agreements (purchase of real estate, sale and lease back of real estate, development projects, financing of current operations, purchase of shares and stocks). He prepares and negotiates credit and loan documentation, also in the standards of the Loan Market Association (LMA), and the related credit documentation.
