Maciej Król specializes in comprehensive services for construction and development investments. He also has many years of experience in day-to-day advisory services for Polish and foreign enterprises.
Maciej has extensive experience in law firms specializing in the construction process, providing services to leading development firms, including listed companies, and has served as the head of the legal department of a Wrocław group of development enterprises.
He has supported investors, contractors, and designers in the implementation of several dozen investment processes concerning residential and commercial investments, including the construction of industrial plants, production and warehousing facilities, research and development centres, hospital facilities, and scientific and teaching facilities.
Maciej advises at all stages of the investment process, starting from the purchase of real estate, through support in obtaining the necessary approvals and permits, negotiations and supervision over the execution of contracts in the construction process, to the sale of premises and commercialization of completed facilities.
He has successfully conducted litigation in commercial cases for claims valued at millions, with a particular focus on construction issues.
Maciej’s professional experience also includes complex M&A transactions and providing services to foundations, including public benefit organizations with a nationwide reach.
