Career

Natalia has more than 10 years of experience in providing legal advice to HR departments. Expert in individual employment law, including issues related to workers’ compensation, working time, discrimination, non-competition agreements, as well as employee outsourcing and employment agencies. Has practical experience in collective labour law, in particular in relations with trade unions and industrial disputes.

Advises clients on strategic issues such as optimisation of employment structures, recruitment, derecruitment (including groups) and anti-discrimination policies. She also advises during labour law litigation and during the National Labour Inspectorate audits. She has conducted numerous training courses and workshops on labour law. Supports clients in the introduction of Employee Capital Plans, as well as Employee Pension Schemes.

Leader of the Private Client team. She advises private clients on both succession processes and other processes related to securing assets, reorganising businesses and putting personal and business affairs in order. On a daily basis, she advises clients who want to plan the succession process in their businesses, including family businesses. She sets up family foundations and foundations for charitable/community activities.

Chief expert in the project finance team. She has managed investment projects primarily related to the acquisition or disposal of businesses and debt financing – both for the benefit of financiers and financed entities.

She leads the specialist Spanish Desk team. Serves clients with Spanish capital, providing comprehensive support from the moment they start operating in Poland.
