Career

Karin Rojas is a lawyer and specialist in labor law, graduated from University Santo Tomás in Colombia.  She obtained a postgraduate degree with specialization in labor law from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana.

She has advised major national and international clients on matters related to labor law, social security and immigration law.

She gained experience in litigation as a judicial officer in the circuit labor court.

She joined DG&A in 2009 and became an associate to the Firm in 2016.

Karin Rojas coordinates all the ProBono work done by the Firm and its lawyers as part of the ProBono Foundation

Memberships

She is part of the labor Committee of the Chamber of legal services of the Association of Colombian industries and entrepeneurs (ANDI), and is a member of human Talent Committee of the Colombo American Chamber of Commerce (AMCHAM)

Education

Graduated with a law degree from Santo Tomas University of Colombia in 2006.  She also has a postgraduate degree in labor law from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana (2011)
