Jonathan Hall has more than 20 years’ qualified experience specialising in inheritance tax and trust planning, advising on planning for retirement and business succession. He acts as a deputy of the Court of Protection and is a trusted advisor for a number of clients, acting as their attorney and managing their property and finances.

Jonathan deals with complex estate administration as well as issues of mental capacity and care home funding.
