Career
A specialist in public procurement, administrative law and environmental law, Cendrine Delivré is particularly well known for her advice on major energy (renewable, hydroelectric), infrastructure and transport (rail, motorway, airport and port) and mining projects.
Cendrine advises developers, industrialists, investment funds, international institutions and public bodies on the negotiation and drafting of infrastructure contracts (concessions, PPPs) and energy contracts (power purchase agreements, PPAs), as well as on monitoring contract performance and renegotiation. She also assists clients in responding to public tenders.
Cendrine has worked in France, Europe and Africa for over 15 years. She has advised on the structuring of major projects in France as well as in French- and English-speaking Africa.
Cendrine obtained a doctorate in public finance in 2004 and has been an Associate Professor of Public Law since 2006. She gives numerous lectures in France and abroad on the structuring of infrastructure projects. Cendrine is a member of the International Law Association and the American Bar Association.
