Career

Philippe advises on real estate law, particularly in the field of real estate asset valuation and development, as well as construction law for a clientele consisting of investors, developers and users. He has particular expertise in the hospitality and managed real estate sector (senior residences, student residences, coliving).

His areas of expertise are: sales and acquisitions, redevelopment and enhancement of real estate assets, advice, drafting of deeds and litigation, particularly in the areas of real estate law and more particularly commercial leases, real estate investments and construction contracts.
