He has completed various postgraduate diplomas and specialty courses in labor and social security at Universidad Iberoamericana, Universidad Panamericana, Instituto Mexicano del Seguro Social, the “Asociación Nacional de Abogados de Empresa Colegio de Abogados,” the Mexican Bar Association, and the Department of Labor and Social Welfare.
