Based in Mexico City, she handles a range of corporate and contractual matters, guiding Mexican and foreign corporations in industries like food and beverage, mining, and entertainment. Andrea’s expertise includes mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures,  corporate reorganizations and, in general, corporate matters.

She has co-led multiple projects, managing everything from due diligence to negotiation and post-closing actions.  She understand the business of her clients and always focuses in providing business minded solutions in a very a practical approach.
