Jenny Yim has wide-ranging experience acting for financial institutions, private equity funds, sponsors, and corporate borrowers on banking and financing transactions, including bilateral and syndicated loans (secured and unsecured), distressed loans, asset and projects financings, leveraged and acquisition financings, real estate financings, aircraft lease financings, re-financings, and restructurings covering Hong Kong, mainland China, and other parts of the world.
Jenny has advised banks and other financial institutions on a broad range of legal and quasi-legal regulatory and compliance issues.
Her in-depth knowledge and experience in PRC financing-related legal matters make her a valuable adviser to both foreign and Chinese counterparties in closing deals and achieving their business goals. She understands them well and can explain complex legal concepts in clear and simple ways so clients love to call upon her for a chat or advice. She is a key member of the International and China Banking teams.
