Career
Matt Clark works with clients throughout the aviation community to navigate federal regulatory issues. He also provides transactional diligence and advocates for clients before federal agencies.
Matt regularly advises clients on U.S. Department of Transportation and Federal Aviation Administration matters.
Matt works extensively with stakeholders across the Unmanned Aircraft System (UAS or drone) industry on obtaining regulatory approvals for conducting advanced commercial drone operations. His clients also include aviation maintenance and repair organizations, aircraft and aircraft engine and component manufacturers, passenger and cargo airlines, charter operators, as well as airports and airport-related businesses.
Before joining Hogan Lovells, Matt was an associate at several other large global law firms, where he concentrated on aviation regulatory and civil ligation matters.
