Career
As a partner, Stacey McEvoy focuses her practice on corporate transactional and commercial matters. She brings to the firm her significant experience in public and private mergers and acquisitions and other business combinations, dispositions and divestitures, formation of joint ventures, partnership and strategic alliances, commercial contracting arrangements, and real estate investment trusts.
Her work with clients has helped Stacey develop her expansive knowledge of a diverse range of industries, including real estate; diversified industrials; and aerospace, defense, and government services.
Stacey is a member of the advisory board for the nonprofit Children’s Law Center. In addition, her commitment to give back to her community has led her to serve as a project leader for the firm’s partnership with the Rape, Abuse & Incest National Network.
