Yu practices in the areas of private equity, mergers and acquisitions, foreign direct investment, and general corporate and business law. Yu has represented both international and Chinese clients in various cross-border and PRC domestic projects, including minority investment (representing investors and companies), M&A, joint venture, as well as providing general legal advices in relation to the taxation, labor and intellectual property.

Prior to joining Hogan Lovells, Yu worked in a leading U.S. law firm’s Shanghai office for over five years, and prior to that, Yu worked in a leading Chinese firm for around three years.
