Tony’s practice focuses on general corporate and transactional matters. He provides advice in the areas of corporate finance, venture capital and private equity investments, mergers and acquisitions, fund formation and foreign direct investments.

His clients include PE/VC funds and general partners and limited partners, entrepreneurs, venture-backed growth stage and public companies.

Tony assists multinational companies operating in both the PRC and the U.S. in a broad range of industries. He has extensive experience in advising overseas investors in setting up operations in China in the forms of joint venture or wholly owned subsidiaries, acquiring local Chinese companies, and making investments in China-focused funds, and in consulting China clients in their business operations, expansions and investments in private and public companies in varies aspects in the United States. He also advises PRC clients, by coordinating with U.S. specialists, in the area of tax planning, trust setup, employment and litigation and mediation supports.
